Gaijin Support provides multilingual assistance, guidance, and support services to foreigners living in or visiting Japan. Our services include real-time interpretation support, guidance through administrative procedures, and assistance during emergencies. We do not provide legal advice or act as legal representatives.
You must create an account to access our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Gaijin Support provides guidance and interpretation assistance, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties (such as hospitals, police, or government agencies) regardless of our involvement. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding month.
All content, branding, and materials on the Gaijin Support platform are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
