Gaijin Support provides digital multilingual assistance and support services to foreigners living in or visiting Japan. All services are delivered online and include real-time interpretation support, guidance through administrative procedures, and emergency assistance.
All services are digital and activated immediately upon successful subscription payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Visitor (one-time) plans are non-refundable once service access has begun. Refunds for monthly/annual plans are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. Gaijin Support does not store your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
